Job summary

TPXimpact in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Impact Analyst to lead and deliver impact modeling and evaluation within client teams. You will work in multidisciplinary groups to produce high-quality work that informs decisions and demonstrates user-centred outcomes.

You will contribute to the Research and Analysis Community of Practice, mentoring others and supporting business growth through evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging established economic analysis and mixed-method techniques to define costs, benefits, and strategic impacts.
• Experience building impact frameworks (theory of change, logic models, outcomes frameworks) for complex public services.
• Experience integrating Monitoring & Evaluation processes to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Experience working with delivery leadership to influence impact, evaluation and evidence use.
• Experience collaborating with researchers, economists, and designers in multidisciplinary teams to deliver analysis for public services.
• Experience working with data, technology, and change specialists in complex programmes.
• Experience mentoring and coaching others to create high-quality, user-centred products and services.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments balancing priorities with client projects.

Responsibilities

• Embed best practices in client work with problem sizing, data analysis, and primary research.
• Adapt approach to client organisation culture and design maturity.
• Support and coach analysts and client teams to promote impact and evidence use.
• Contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing within TPXimpact.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and the practice.
• Support business development with impact analysis proposals and client pitches.
• Line manage 1–2 researchers or analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in impact measurement and enable knowledge sharing.
