Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to own digital thinking across strategy, high‑fidelity design, prototyping and delivery. You’ll work with a world‑class studio, reporting to the partners who own client relationships.

You’ll design across a range of brands and products, present to clients, run workshops, and collaborate with external developers while briefing and hiring freelance support to grow capability.

Qualifications

• Senior Digital Designer with strong product studio or brand digital arm background.
• A deep ability to prototype and iterate across strategy, design, and delivery.
• Excellent client-facing skills including presentations and workshops.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and external partners.
• Curiosity about client goals beyond visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own digital thinking across strategy, design, prototyping and delivery.
• Present to clients and run workshops.
• Partner with external development teams and brief/hire freelance support.
• Lead estimation, scoping and handover to build.
• Balance design and process work in fast-paced weeks.
