Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to run multiple global design projects, from scoping through invoicing, as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

You’ll support the Senior Account Director on bigger work, spot growth within accounts, collaborate with the founder on new business, and mentor a junior PM while enjoying a hybrid setup with one day of remote work.

Qualifications

• Senior PM or account/PM hybrid from a branding/design agency.
• Comfortable moving between resourcing and building client trust.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs.
• Experience handling global design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent global design projects (scoping, resourcing, traffic, invoicing).
• Be primary day-to-day contact for the studio’s clients.
• Support the Senior Account Director on larger, more complex work.
• Spot growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Pair with the founder on new business; mentor a junior PM.
