Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for our core platform experiences and mobile interfaces, while guiding our design system team. You will report to the Senior Director, Product Design and oversee a team of approximately eight designers across the United States and India.

The role emphasizes a craft-driven approach, exceptional aesthetic judgment, and the leadership to elevate the entire design practice.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design and 3+ years in people management.
• Proven experience in managing designers across complex B2B SaaS, platform, mobile or multi-product environments.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual craft and interaction-design taste.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across core platform experiences, native mobile surfaces and design system work.
• Line manage the design system team and partner on strategy and adoption with the Senior Director.
• Maintain high-velocity critique, reviews, planning, feedback loops and cross-functional alignment.
• Elevate design quality with strong product thinking, information architecture and end-to-end usability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and balance customer needs with business goals.
