Qualifications

• Staff-level product designer with strong craft and judgment across strategy, execution and mentoring.
• Experience shaping product direction across multiple teams and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to connect adjacent workflows into coherent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Move between strategy, insights, systems thinking, prototyping and hands-on execution.
• Lead collaboration across time zones and teams to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that make complex ideas tangible.
• Identify design debt and cross-team gaps, turning them into practical improvements.
• Shape AI-enabled workflows and intelligent interfaces with clear guidance for users.
• Mentor designers to raise standards and improve critique and storytelling.
• Ensure accessibility and design system adoption across product areas.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers and data partners.
