Job summary

HighLevel in the United Kingdom seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design across Core platform and mobile experiences, and to steward the design system. You will manage approximately 8 designers across US and India, shaping roadmaps and design practice.

The role emphasizes velocity, ownership and pragmatic AI-assisted workflows to accelerate outcomes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve user experience for millions of businesses and ensure design quality scales

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design, UX or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of managing product designers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, platform or multi-product environments.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and design craft.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across core platform experiences and mobile interfaces.
• Line manage the design system team and drive strategy and adoption.
• Establish a high-velocity critique, review and planning rhythm.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data to shape roadmaps and outcomes.
• Drive consistency and quality through shared components and design systems.
