Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery across major UK projects, spanning pre-construction to handover. The role focuses on healthcare, data centres and defence, coordinating architectural, civil, structural and MEP disciplines to meet demanding buildability and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design on projects valued at £50m–£200m+.
• Able to lead multidisciplinary design teams including architectural, civil, structural and MEP.
• Strong understanding of buildability, value engineering, programme and cost management.
• Experience with D&B, JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery across major projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Oversee healthcare, data centre, defence and other high-value schemes.
