Bimplus is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design function on major Berkshire construction projects, delivering pre-construction through to completion.

You will manage design teams and external consultants, coordinate with commercial and delivery teams, and drive programmes and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes. This role offers excellent career progression within a leading Tier 1 contractor and a strong project pipeline.
