The successful candidate will enable timely design solutions, ensure compliance with building regs, and drive design delivery from office or home during early months before site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale £10m+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
• Willing to commute/relocate within UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management from pre-construction to handover.
• Coordinate with main contractor, developers and consultancies.
• Manage PCSA and site-based design delivery.
