Qualifikationen

• Experience in design management for large-scale projects (£100m+), ideally healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts is advantageous.

• Establish design quality and verify progress against Employer's Requirements.
• Identify design improvements to offer better value in tenders.
• Assess suitability of proposed design with planning team and advise on changes.

• Identify opportunities for design improvement and manage risk.
