  • supporting procurement activities through design development, package definition and technical tender evaluations
  • managing project-specific accreditation, approval and statutory compliance processes
  • supporting Building Safety Act requirements including design assurance, Gateway submissions and Golden Thread information management where applicable
  • ensuring all designers fulfil their obligations under the CDM Regulations and supporting the Principal Designer function where required
  • working closely with internal development, delivery and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • providing technical leadership and mentoring to Design Managers and Design Coordinators within the wider team.
What you'll need

  • Strong understanding of design, procurement and construction processes across all project stages.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams and design coordination activities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current Building Regulations, Building Safety Act requirements and construction industry standards.
