Job summary

ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited is seeking engineers to take ideas from prototype to production for defense projects. You will collaborate with a small, motivated team using CAD and a well-stocked workshop to develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering and proficiency with CAD software. You will be involved in designing durable products for battlefield deployment and have significant impacts on product development.

Qualifications

Background in engineering and experience in similar positions, not necessarily in defence.
Highly proficient with CAD software.
Comfortable working in a workshop using additive manufacturing and standard machining tools.
Possibly specialise in either mechanical or electronics engineering, but comfortable helping with either.
British or British dual national, resident in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Take ideas from prototype to production.
Work hands-on with colleagues in mechanical, electronics, and software engineering.
Use CAD and the workshop to understand problems and iteratively develop solutions.
Design durable products suited for battlefield deployment.
