What are we looking for in this position?
- Designing Inivos’ next product based on vision and product requirement documents, existing technology, and design guidelines.
- Developing mechanical designs through iterative cycles, collaborating with hardware engineers.
- Defining functional and performance requirements with project engineers.
- Creating prototypes for testing, from proof of concepts to pre-production models.
- Identifying manufacturing methods, ensuring DFM principles are integrated from the start.
- Considering assembly, service, and repair, engaging with production engineers.
- Managing design robustness via FMEA.
- Maintaining up-to-date drawings and tolerance analyses.
- Collaborating on verification testing and analysis.
- Managing design files with traceability in PDM systems.
What will we need you to have?

- 5+ years experience in electromechanical product design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of injection molding and DFM best practices.
- Experience with DFA and GD&T.
- Experience with end-to-end development and V-model frameworks is desirable.
