Senior Design Engineer - Offshore

You will need to be based in or near the following locations: Penryn, Falmouth, Truro, Redruth.

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 + Career Development + Flexible Working Hours + Pension + Benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Work on projects from concept to completion.
2. Design and development tasks, overseeing project execution, and conducting site visits (including occasional international travel).
3. Meet clients at the new workshop facility.
4. This role is primarily office-based with some site visits, and flexible working hours are available.

Candidate Profile

1. Strong design experience from a relevant offshore, marine, or heavy engineering background.
2. Experience from offshore sectors is preferred, but oil & gas, marine, or heavy engineering backgrounds may also be considered.
3. Aspiring to take a lead role within a forward-thinking company.
