The role focuses on temporary works design including formwork and scaffolding, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients to develop new work.

About the Role

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been instructed by a leading civil & structural engineering design consultancy to partner in their ongoing recruitment. They are looking to recruit a Senior Design Engineer, from either a civil or structural design engineering background for their Bristol office.

Responsibilities

The role will entail temporary works design to include formwork and scaffolding design.

Requirements

Candidates will ideally have good hands-on civil or structural design experience and be able to guide and mentor more junior engineers, check their work and also liaise with clients to both provide the information needed and to develop clients for new and future work. A background in steelwork or temporary works would be preferred.
