ICE Data Services (IDS) is seeking a Senior Client Support Specialist to support ICE Data Derivatives, covering five asset classes and diverse instrument types. You will onboard/off-board clients, handle inquiries via email, chat, Sales Force, and phone, and resolve issues with urgency while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in a similar support or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Ability to interact with external clients and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Office and FTP is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and off-board clients for ICE Data Derivatives products and services.
• Field client inquiries via email, Chat, Sales Force, and phone.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries.
• Provide support for any file delivery failures.
• Escalate issues with internal groups to resolve with urgency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of policies, procedures and work processes.
