Job summary

Fortescue Zero, Fortescue’s battery intelligence arm, seeks a Principal Deployment Strategist to partner with major customers across energy storage and mobility. You will deploy Elysia products, drive measurable value and grow adoption by coordinating Sales, Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams.

You will own strategic account plans, oversee complex deployments, influence roadmaps, and help customers understand ROI while advancing deployment playbooks and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consultancy, customer success, technical account management, or strategic deployment in a B2B environment.
• Track record of commercial growth and leading complex enterprise programmes.
• Strong understanding of battery technology, software or data analytics.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and align Elysia’s solutions with their priorities.
• Lead multi-phase deployments across Elysia products with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales on account strategy, renewals and expansion.
• Create strategic account plans with milestones and adoption goals.
• Guide onboarding, adoption and value reviews for long-term success.
