This is a permanent, full time position.
The shift pattern for this position is 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient, high quality and timely secretarial administrative service to, Consultants, SpR, radiographic, management and nursing staff within South West Diagnostic Imaging. Day-to-day management of waiting lists/times ensuring compliance with target for radiology across GG&C, in particular Radiology Service. Advisory and troubleshooting role in relation to waiting lists/times and rota issues arising within this specialist service.
The post holder will be expected to monitor the administrative systems to ensure the following:
The post requires advance use of computers and software associated with waiting lists/report production. Detailed knowledge and competency with the use of Microsoft office packages to manipulate and analyse data for the assessment of performance and production of reports.
