Civic Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a 51-bed dementia care home and ensure safe, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will recruit, supervise, and develop a motivated team, manage resources and budgets, and drive quality improvements to deliver excellent outcomes for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Care Home Manager or senior leadership experience in residential care.
• Experience with older people, incl. dementia care.
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Experience budgeting, resources, and operational performance.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong quality assurance and internal audits experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a 51-bed residential care home for older people with dementia.
