NEOM Wellbeing, based in London, seeks a Demand Planning Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to own end-to-end demand forecasting and the IBP cycle for NEOM Organics products. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and senior leadership to shape the forecast horizon and drive consensus across the business.

You will lead the IBP process, report on forecast accuracy and bias, and manage an Assistant Demand Planner.

Formación

• 6+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or IBP
• Advanced Excel skills essential
• Commercial background and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Proven track record presenting to senior leadership under pressure
• People management experience — one direct report
• Highly organised and able to balance strategic view with detail

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of demand forecasting and IBP across NEOM Organics products
• Develop an unbiased, 24-month rolling forecast in IBP with input from Commercial, Marketing and leadership
• Own forecast accuracy and BIAS targets, reporting to the Operations Director and leadership
• Lead end-to-end S&OP, driving consensus and coordinating resulting actions
• Present demand consensus to senior leadership, flag gaps and risks
• Own IBP master data and drive process improvements to increase accuracy and scalability
• Manage and develop an Assistant Demand Planner
• Represent Demand Planning in IBP leadership forums and influence decisions at Exec level
• Identify and lead process and systems improvements for efficiency and scalability
