Job summary

Storio Group is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast demand across multiple brands and channels. You will bridge commercial forecasts with item-level planning, supporting production and inventory decisions across Europe.

The role sits in a fast-paced, seasonal environment where you will validate top-line forecasts and own detailed item planning with a strong emphasis on data-driven insight. You will collaborate with Commercial & Marketing, Supply Planning and Operations to improve phasing,

Qualifications

• Three to five years of dedicated Demand Planning experience in FMCG/retail/e-commerce.
• Proven track record in item-level planning, mix modeling and promo uplift analysis.
• Hands-on ability to challenge forecast assumptions with clear data.
• Advanced data modeling in spreadsheets and multi-country datasets.

Responsibilities

• Validate monthly, weekly and daily forecasts against run rates and plans.
• Own granular sub-category forecasts across Sales, Volume and ASP.
• Provide item sales mix visibility and accurate production requirements.
• Drive weekly/daily forecast phasing and peak-season readiness.
• Develop tools to improve forecasting quality and data integrity.
• Integrate B2B forecasting into the central S&OP process.
