Storio Group is seeking a Demand Planner to join our team. You will bridge commercial forecasts with operational reality, owning item-level planning, B2B/vendor forecasting, and phasing improvements across peak cycles.

Your work will influence production, inventory, and overall supply chain readiness. You will validate forecasts, challenge assumptions, and build tools to help forecast owners provide higher-quality inputs.

Formación

• Three to five years of dedicated Demand Planning experience in a fast-paced environment like FMCG, Retail, or E‑Commerce.
• Proven track record of item-level planning, mix modeling, and promotional uplift analysis.
• Hands-on experience challenging commercial and marketing teams on forecast assumptions using clear data.
• Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets data modeling skills with complex multi-category datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and check Commercial & Marketing's forecasts against run rates, plans, and strategies.
• Own detailed item planning, forecasting across Sales, Volume and ASP, with margin visibility.
• Drive weekly/daily forecast phasing and scenario reporting for demand reviews.
• Partner with Supply Planning to translate item forecasts into capacity plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning spreadsheets and models to reduce manual work.
