Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced senior delivery leader to drive large-scale digital transformation programmes for strategic consumer goods clients in the UK. You will act as a strategic partner, accountable for global delivery across products, platforms and applications, with governance, risk management and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, complex global delivery programmes (£20m+).
• Experience as an executive escalation point and senior delivery partner.
• Delivery of global technology transformation at scale in agile product & platform models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery strategy: translate client strategy into roadmaps and operating models.
• Orchestrate complex delivery: align multiple teams, domains and platforms; manage dependencies.
• Own governance & performance: run planning cycles, steering forums, and delivery governance.
• Act as escalation point: manage risks, issues, and client escalations with pace.
• Drive operational excellence: ensure reliable, scalable, secure-by-design delivery across technology landscape.
• Optimise cost & performance: use data-driven insights to improve flow and capacity.
• Lead at executive level: build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Enable growth: identify and drive delivery-led opportunities across the client portfolio.
