UBDS Group is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology projects, align with client goals, and drive outcomes across delivery teams.

You will mentor project managers, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while promoting continuous improvement. UBDS offers flexible/remote working and a strong emphasis on outcomes, with offices in London and Manchester.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery managing large-scale technology projects.
• Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget, esp. in cloud infrastructure, data intelligence, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to influence and drive change with persistence.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, requirements and success criteria.
• Develop and track plans, milestones, and deliverables; adjust to changing needs.
• Establish and enforce PM methodologies and governance to improve efficiency.
• Foster relationships with clients; understand needs and provide strategic insights.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members.
• Identify and manage risks and issues; devise mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
