Job summary

UBDS Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead technology programmes across client engagements in the public and private sectors, ensuring outcomes and value. You’ll coordinate multiple teams and suppliers, and guide delivery to meet strategic goals.

You’ll apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, manage risks and budgets, and ensure governance and timely delivery across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years’ experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing delivery budgets and financial reporting.
• A strong track record of delivering agreed outcomes and benefits for clients.
• Experience working in public sector environments, with governance and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end.
• Define delivery outcomes, scope, milestones and delivery plans.
• Deliver projects across enterprise technology areas (M365, infrastructure, ServiceNow, End User Services, Cloud).
• Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Put in place delivery governance, reporting, financial controls and risk management.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies tailored to the engagement.
• Manage delivery to time and budget, including fixed-price engagements.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and changes in scope.
