Are you looking for a delivery role that allows you to shape the future of one of the world's top universities? The University of Cambridge is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the development of a new Web Content Management System, transforming the way Cambridge manages and delivers its digital content across the university. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation within a complex digital landscape.
Who you'll be working with
You'll collaborate with stakeholders, Drupal Developers, UX Designers, Technical Product Managers, Technical Leads, Content Designers, Service Owners, and the wider university.
What you will do
You'll oversee the delivery and development of our Web Content Management System, working with both technical and non-technical teams, and supporting the Assisted Content Migration to transition sites from our legacy platform to the new one. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead Agile delivery across the full lifecycle of digital products and services. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver internal products, manage technical delivery, and foster a healthy team culture. With a strong focus on Agile principles, you'll guide teams through iterative development, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for maintaining team health, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and ensuring the team remains motivated, productive, and engaged throughout the project. Additionally, you'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex delivery challenges into clear, actionable plans—especially for those less familiar with Agile ways of working.
