Career Legal is seeking a Senior MLS Delivery Manager to lead multiple legal delivery teams across Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects. The role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery to shape how legal services are provided to lawyers and clients globally.

You will drive workforce planning, budgets, and performance metrics while advancing the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing paralegal or legal delivery teams.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and talent development.
• A strong understanding of legal service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering transformation or continuous improvement projects.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, lawyers and clients.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, forecasting and performance metrics.
• An interest in how technology and AI can transform legal service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple legal delivery teams across Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects with high service levels.
• Lead people development, career frameworks and succession planning.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lawyers.
• Support client solutions, RFPs and pitches.
• Own utilisation, profitability, forecasting, budgets and operational KPIs.
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Lead adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Use data and operational insight to improve service delivery.
• Support strategic workforce planning and team growth.
• Directly manage paralegals where required.

We're partnered with a leading international law firm seeking a Senior MLS Delivery Manager to join its expanding Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee several legal delivery teams across Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects, while helping shape how legal services are delivered to lawyers and clients globally.

You’ll be responsible for helping develop the firm’s wider Managed Legal Services offering, including:

• Managing multiple legal delivery teams and ensuring consistently high service levels
