Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex infrastructure and technology change within the Cyber Security Division. Based at the London client site with some home-working and frequent site presence, the role requires resilience, sound judgement and strong negotiation skills in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Lead projects across full lifecycle including mobilisation, definition, implementation and closure.
• Translate contracts and customer needs into measurable delivery outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts, schedules, RAID logs and governance packs.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, security, test and service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent deliveries with competing priorities.
• Integrate security, accreditation and assurance activities into delivery plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and contractual commitments while protecting Leonardo’s position.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders in a formal, evidence-led environment.
