Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and technology change within the Cyber Security Division. You will manage multiple concurrent changes for defence and government customers, balancing schedules, costs and security requirements.

The role is based at a customer site in London with some home-working flexibility and a strong emphasis on governance, assurance and stakeholder engagement. Security clearance is required or beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of complex infrastructure and platform projects across full delivery lifecycle.
• Advanced planning, scheduling, dependency, RAID, change and recovery-management capability.
• Practical experience of requirements management, traceability, verification, test planning and customer acceptance.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and scope control.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent deliveries and prioritising constrained specialist resources.
• Strong governance, reporting and auditable records in demanding customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and changes across the full lifecycle from mobilisation to closure.
• Produce and maintain core project artefacts and integrated schedules.
• Coordinate governance packs, risk logs and delivery progress for stakeholders.
• Integrate security, accreditation and assurance activities into delivery plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and contractual milestones while maintaining customer relationships.
