Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 or higher Senior Delivery Lead to manage mobile clinic operations in the Wembley area. You will lead a team of HCAs responsible for daily phlebotomy, ensure SOPs and PPE compliance, and maintain high standards of care and safety across the unit.

Key duties include stock management, incident reporting via InPhase, and supporting clinical and operational contacts. A driving licence and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Band 6 or above.
• Experience leading HCAs delivering daily phlebotomy.
• Ensure SOPs are followed during shifts.
• Oversee clinic operations and PPE compliance.
• Manage and upscale stock levels.
• Report incidents via InPhase; act as contact point.
• Maintain high clinical standards and complete daily audits.
• Strong leadership experience is essential.
• Be aged 25 or over; hold a full manual driving licence with a clean record.
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS background check.

Job role: Band 6 - Senior Delivery Lead (SDL)

Location: Wembley area

We are seeking motivated and compassionate senior delivery lead with phlebotomy experience to join our team.

As a senior delivery lead, you will play a key role in supporting clinical assessments, ensuring a positive participant experience, and maintaining high standards of care, quality and safety. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help facilitate the smooth operation of mobile clinics and support participants throughout their research journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are committed to supporting innovative healthcare and research programmes that aim to improve the health of future generations.
