Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, PMO, Programme Coordination or Transformation Delivery.
• Experience working in technology, digital or business transformation environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and dependency tracking.
• Experience operating within complex, fast‑paced organisations.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and reporting skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps or Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
