Job summary

WLG in Wiltshire is seeking a senior delivery professional to work with the embedded customer representative and sponsor. You will help turn the roadmap into reality, plan sprints and ensure traceability, with weekly progress summaries.

You will participate in roadmap meetings, update sprint plans, manage risks and issues, conduct knowledge handovers, and support on-site and remote collaboration to keep the project maintainable after handover.

Qualifications

• Ten years delivering defence information systems.
• Proven PM/portfolio management experience using Agile and PRINCE2.
• Strong risk management and proactive problem solving.
• Strong budget management and financial acumen.
• Experience capturing requirements and writing acceptance criteria.
• Experience developing static and mobile information systems.
• Understanding of security and communications shaping system design.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe, service transition and service management.
• Excellent English; NATO citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in roadmap meetings with PM, customer representative and sponsor.
• Review and update sprint planning for consistency and traceability.
• Write weekly progress summary with priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Support Q3 and Q4 2026 sprint and project meetings on site.
• Maintain project tasking, progress reporting, risk identification and issue tracking.
• Use project documentation as the depository and planning tool.
• Support customer’s embedded representative remotely and on-site.
• Conduct formal knowledge handover sessions before contract end.
