Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a senior delivery professional to work in Wiltshire, acting between the project manager, customer representative and sponsor to turn the roadmap into reality. You will shape the delivery, plan sprints, name risks while fixable, and ensure the handover is thorough and sustainable at contract end.

• Experience delivering in defence environments.
• Proven record in programme delivery on complex information systems.
• Experience applying Agile and PRINCE2/SAFe in large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and sprint alignment with project manager, customer rep and sponsor.
• Manage weekly progress summaries, priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Support on-site sprint and project meetings, including on-site and remote collaboration.
• Maintain project tasking, reporting, risk and issue tracking.
• Ensure knowledge handover sessions are conducted before contract end.
