Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Nuclear & Defence infrastructure projects in secure environments near Warwick. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee client and contractor interfaces, and ensure safety, compliance and governance across the full project lifecycle.

Experience in regulated environments and governance with security clearance is essential. This role offers exposure to complex, high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Defence projects in regulated environments.
• Capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating interfaces.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Defence projects with defined scope, programme, budget, quality and risk controls.
• Act as primary interface between BakerHicks, clients, teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover.
• Develop and maintain programmes, risk registers, change records and governance reporting.
• Support commercial and financial management including forecasting and cost control.
