Defence Equipment & Support is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead the safe and efficient management of weapons, explosives and associated equipment in a highly regulated environment. The role involves end-to-end warehouse activities, stock integrity, and compliance with safety and security standards across UK operations.

You will oversee teams, balance priorities, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accountability for inventory, records, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office Suite.
• Background in warehousing, transport and material accounting.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex warehouse operations to meet priorities.
• Lead warehouse teams with clear direction and performance coaching.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance across operations.
• Provide expert advice to customers, stakeholders and senior managers on WOME logistics and inventory governance.
• Drive continuous improvement through planning and performance management.
