Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to help shape how data drives commercial decisions, product experiences and long-term outcomes. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

In this role you will conduct product analytics, define success metrics, design and analyse experiments including A/B tests, and communicate insights to diverse audiences while advancing AI tooling and data capabilities across

Qualifications

• Strong experience turning data into commercial recommendations and business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Experience working within product, digital, e-commerce or technology environments.
• Strong analytical capability, including SQL and relevant analytical tooling.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance rigour and pace.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving open-ended business problems.
• Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with product analytics, opportunity sizing and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Understanding complex business and product challenges through data analysis.

• Contributing to a growing data community and helping shape best practice.
