Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to shape how data is used to drive commercial decisions, improve product experiences and influence long-term outcomes. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include conducting product analytics, sizing opportunities, designing A/B tests, and delivering data storytelling to guide strategic decisions as the data capability scales.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience turning data into commercial recommendations and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Experience in product, digital, e-commerce or technology environments.
  • Strong analytical capability, including SQL and relevant analytical tooling.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Commercially minded with balance of rigour and pace.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving open-ended business problems.
  • Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with product analytics, opportunity sizing and performance measurement.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help shape how data is used to drive commercial decisions, improve product experiences, and influence long-term business outcomes. The Role

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence strategy and deliver measurable business impact.

Projects may include recommendation engines, customer personalisation, checkout optimisation, fraud reduction, financial process improvement, customer segmentation and AI-powered product features.

Your Skills & Experience
