Job summary

Perk is building a truly strategic Deal Desk function that shapes how our Sales organization structures, prices, and closes its most complex, high-value deals. You’ll lead the transformation, run point on complex opportunities, and mentor a growing team of Deal Desk professionals.

You will own end-to-end CPQ and pricing governance, prioritise automation, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to unblock deals quickly, helping Sales move faster with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Deal Desk or pricing function.
• Proven ability to implement CPQ and pricing governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Finance.
• Experience with automation and AI in commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Deal Desk team in a strategic transformation.
• Own pricing governance and complex deal structuring.
• Automate manual workflows and improve CPQ/quoting systems.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product to unblock deals.
