Job summary

You will identify opportunities, mentor colleagues, contribute to technical leadership, and help deliver nationally significant infrastructure projects, with hybrid/office options depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• RTPI-accredited Town Planner with significant consultancy experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects and local government or developer environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects effectively, balancing programme, budgets and client expectations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for fee-earning work.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex planning matters clearly.
• Take ownership, challenge constructively and contribute to growing the business with agility.
