Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior or Principal Planner to provide expert planning advice to public and private sector clients across a diverse UK portfolio, from housing developments to energy projects. You’ll work through the development lifecycle, from site appraisals to planning applications, appeals and strategic advice.

With RTPI accreditation and a strong delivery mindset, you’ll manage multiple projects, build client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK

Qualifications

• RTPI-accredited Town Planner with consultancy/local government/development experience.
• Experience across residential, retail, education and energy sectors.
• Senior or Principal level candidates welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning advice to public and private sector clients across a diverse UK portfolio.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets and timelines while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships to grow the portfolio and secure fee-earning work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Tetra Tech's UK offices to deliver integrated solutions.
