Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe invites a Principal or Associate in its Planning Team to lead DCO/NSIP projects across the UK. You’ll shape strategy, drive consents for nationally significant infrastructure, and grow a robust pipeline by applying your planning expertise with commercial insight.

You’ll mentor colleagues, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and build trusted client relationships across nuclear, transport and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• RTPI-accredited Town Planner with consultancy or local government experience.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects and NSIP/DCO processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple DCO/NSIP projects, delivering consents and client value.
• Develop strategy and grow a portfolio of fee-earning work.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
