Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior or Principal Planner to provide expert planning advice to public and private sector clients across a diverse UK portfolio. You’ll work from site appraisals through to planning applications and appeals, with access to national expertise.

You will own a workload, manage budgets and deliver high-quality outputs while developing your client portfolio. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential across the UK.

Qualifications

• RTPI-accredited Town Planner with consultancy or public sector experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning advice to public and private sector clients across residential, retail, education and energy.
• Lead project delivery, budgets and quality across a varied portfolio.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and fee-earning work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support complex proposals.
