Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME in Central London is seeking a Senior Town Planner (Infrastructure/DCO) to support infrastructure projects, DCO/NSIP work, and related policy outcomes. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and exposure to major projects.

Candidates should possess 2+ years UK Town Planning experience, a proactive, commercial mindset and a background in development management or planning policy to drive delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of town planning experience.
• Experience with DCO/NSIP schemes.
• RTPI membership or MRTPI status.
• Development management or planning policy background.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office)
