Associate Town Planner (DCO/Infrastructure) – London area. Central London location. Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME focused on infrastructure projects and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure-type projects and Development Consent Order (DCO) / Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP) work.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver planning-led solutions.
• Contribute to policy planning and development management activities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UK Town Planning experience (minimum).
• Experience working on infrastructure projects / DCOs, NSIPs, etc.
• RTPI membership preferred, or working toward MRTPI.
• Experience in development management or policy planning; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good use of initiative, a commercial mindset, and ability to work with clients and colleagues.
• Team management experience is a plus.
