A supportive residential care provider in Eastbourne is seeking a Senior Day Coach to support children with autism, ADHD, and severe learning disabilities. You will mentor junior colleagues and ensure safe, consistent care while enhancing communication through methods like Makaton. The ideal candidate will be resilient and empathetic, committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. Attractive benefits include a competitive salary, extensive training, and health care support.
At our residential children's home in Eastbourne, the Senior Day Coach role is about being an anchor of experience.
