Job summary

Datatonic is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive strategic consulting and end-to-end delivery of complex data and AI transformation programs. You will own multi-stream delivery, align roadmaps with client strategy, and manage executive relationships to maximize value realization.

The role requires strong pre-sales and commercial acumen, SOW development, and evidence of successful governance across large enterprises. A background in or with Big Four consultancies is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting firms or Big Four on enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale data/AI transformation programs with multi-year duration.
• Proven pre-sales, SOW creation, deal structuring.
• Strong executive stakeholder communications.
• Financial management, forecasting and P&L tracking for services.
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid methods.
• Certifications: Agile Project Management, Prince2 or Scrum.
• JIRA or similar ITS software experience.
• Experience in start-ups / scale-ups.
• Cloud certifications.
• CRM experience for opportunity forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-value data and AI transformation programs and ensure client objectives are met.
• Define solution designs, SOWs, and engagement strategies to align with client goals.
• Lead multi-stream delivery teams and manage risks, governance and budget constraints.
• Maintain C-suite relationships and ensure client satisfaction and renewal opportunities.
• Drive measurable ROI by linking delivery outcomes to business value realization.
• Apply Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall practices suitable for large enterprise programs.
