Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior testing leader with a strong data specialism to partner with Implementation Test Leads, Data Implementation teams and technology partners to manage all aspects of test execution for Alpha implementations. You will govern end-to-end testing, oversee execution, and coordinate across data flows, interfaces, and data quality across complex client programs.

The role requires deep experience in data testing within financial services transformation programmes, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Data, Management or related field.
• 15+ years in large-scale financial services, asset management, data or tech transformation.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional delivery in client-facing environments.
• Experience with buy-side firms is strongly preferred.
• Strong end-to-end investment lifecycle and data workflows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Test Leads to manage end-to-end test execution for Alpha implementations.
• Oversee testing governance, strategy, planning, scheduling and execution across multiple teams.
• Provide data-driven test reporting to senior leadership and manage defect governance.
• Lead data-focused testing across ETL, data transformation, file ingestion, and interfaces.
• Coordinate with Performance and Automation teams to embed testing into delivery cycles.
• Manage global, multi-vendor, multi-location teams with clear accountability.
