Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end environment and data strategy workstreams for its Alpha platform in the UK. You will oversee multi-year programs spanning front, middle and back office models, coordinating cross-functional teams and high-level client stakeholder engagements.

The role requires extensive experience in environment strategy, architecture design, data analysis and delivery of client-facing documents, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial industry experience across front, middle and back office functionalities.
• Technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly appreciated.
• Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
• Experience with data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience integrating with industry providers/consulting partners to promote platform interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end environment and data strategy programs onboard new clients to State Street’s front-to-back platform.
• Lead regional and functional teams in workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis and architecture.
• Create and deliver strategy documents, playbooks, architecture docs, and data insights.
• Navigate client relationships, build strong business relationships, manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead implementation lifecycle across multiple global clients.
• Support business development and sales through consultative client engagement.
• Provide regular status updates and support program management reports.
