Job summary

State Street Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior testing leader with a strong data focus to partner with Implementation Test Leads, Data Implementation teams, technology partners and delivery stakeholders. The role manages all aspects of test execution for Alpha implementations, with emphasis on data flows, data transformation, interfaces, and file-based integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Data, or a related field.
15+ years overall experience in large-scale financial services or data/transformation programmes.
8+ years leading cross-functional delivery, testing or data workstreams in client-facing environments.
Experience working with buy-side firms, investment managers or asset managers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Implementation Test Leads to manage end-to-end test execution for Alpha implementations.
Own and govern all aspects of testing execution, including strategy, planning, and scheduling.
Oversee defect management, triage, and resolution governance.
Provide status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
Lead and govern data-focused testing across ETL, data flows, file ingestion, and interfaces.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and downstream consumption risks are identified and reported.
