Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Group Data Management Strategy & Transformation Senior Analyst to shape data governance, platform roadmaps and the broader transformation programme. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk and change teams to turn data-driven insights into strategic actions that support priorities.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Change Management.
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, including interpreting complex data and translating insights into practical actions.
Proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving change across large, complex organisations.
Ample stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage, challenge and build relationships across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor data quality metrics and compliance across the organisation.
Identify data and records management risks and gaps and address them.
Develop and implement a records management programme for proper identification, storage, retention, retrieval and disposal.
Develop and implement a data governance strategy aligned with bank objectives.
Provide group-wide guidance and training on Data and Records Management requirements.
